Michelle has served in the financial planning industry since 1997 where she started her career with Madden Advisory Services, Inc. and then ultimately formed River City Wealth Management.
Michelle offers comprehensive financial planning, issue-based consulting, asset allocation and management services to her clients. Through her personalized approach and attention to detail it is evident that she has a dedication to both her clients and chosen career. Michelle helps her clients articulate their needs, goals and values and then designs a personal financial plan that aligns their investment portfolio with their objectives. With on-going communication and closely monitoring her client’s portfolios, she enables them to stay on course.
During Michelle’s tenure she has continually advanced her education within the financial planning field, earning her Registered Para-planner designation in 1998 and the obtaining the CFP designation in 2005. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Michelle pledges to adhere to the CFP Board of Standards Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility which includes putting the clients’ interests in front of her own.
Michelle is married, has an adult step-son and young daughter. As a long time resident of Jacksonville, she and her family enjoy the coastal lifestyle and various outdoor activities.
Brian has served in the financial planning firm since 2006 where he started with Merrill Lynch and transitioned onto the independent path with Madden Advisory Services, Inc. and ultimately here with River City Wealth Management.
Brian takes a personalized approach to financial planning where he works with individuals and small businesses to; identify realistic goals, charts a path to achieve those goals, implements the plan and monitors progress to make adjustments to stay on track.
In addition to his role as an advisor with River City Wealth Management, he also serves as the firms securities analyst where he is responsible for completing comprehensive research to screen investments as well as to monitor the markets as part of the River City Wealths’ portfolio management process.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Jacksonville University. He also holds the CFA- Chartered Financial Analyst and CFP- Certified Financial Planner designations and is a member of the CFA society of Jacksonville as well as the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Northeast Florida.
Brian is married and has a young son. He is involved in his son’s sports teams and is an avid salt water fisherman.
